We may also receive basic technical information such as browser type, device information, pages visited and timestamps through hosting logs.

We use information to respond to enquiries, evaluate project fit, prepare proposals, provide services, manage client relationships, improve our website, maintain security and comply with legal or contractual obligations.
04Enquiry form and storage
Enquiries submitted through our website are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database, and any files you attach are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage. We also send a notification email to our team via our email provider. Access is limited to the R&J AI Solutions team.
05Sharing information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers, contractors, hosting platforms, AI or API providers and professional advisers when necessary to operate the business, deliver services or meet legal obligations.
06AI tools and project data
If a project uses AI tools or third-party model providers, relevant prompts, files, outputs or metadata may be processed by those services as needed for the project. We prefer enterprise terms that exclude your data from model training. Project-specific handling requirements can be documented in a separate agreement.
07Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including project records, support and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
08Your choices
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We may need to retain certain information where required for legitimate business, legal, security or contractual reasons.
