01Acceptance of terms
By using this website or engaging R&J AI Solutions for consulting, design, engineering, automation or AI-agent services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or request services.
02Services
R&J AI Solutions provides web application development, AI automation and agent design, AI enhancement of existing applications, AI consultancy, training and related technical services. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and acceptance criteria will be defined in a separate written proposal, statement of work or agreement.
03Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, required content, account access and approvals needed for the project. Delays in receiving materials or decisions may affect timelines and delivery dates.
04Payments and project changes
Fees, payment schedule and billing terms will be stated in the applicable project agreement. Work outside the approved scope may require a change order, revised estimate or additional approval before it begins.
05Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you retain ownership of materials you provide. Upon full payment, final custom deliverables created specifically for you are assigned or licensed as described in the project agreement. R&J AI Solutions may retain rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, know-how, reusable code, templates and internal processes.
06AI and third-party services
Projects may integrate third-party platforms, APIs, model providers, hosting services, analytics or AI tools. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms, costs, rate limits, policies and data practices. AI outputs can be imperfect and should be reviewed where decisions are significant.
07No guaranteed outcomes
We aim to deliver high-quality, professional work, but we do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, rankings, uptime, model behaviour or uninterrupted operation unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.
08Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, R&J AI Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or lost-profit damages arising from website use or services. Any aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
